@NicolaSturgeon I work in a restaurant in Edinburgh & all weekend atleast 1/3 of our guests were from England. Making good use of their โextra time offโ but furious they couldnโt buy a pint. Im not even meant to travel to Glasgow! I do not feel safe. #UKlockdown#bordercontrol

@cyclehire_edi 1st time trying to use them, decided with no helmet to get an uber. Opened the app at home and accidentally pressed a button and somehow โhiredโ a bike when I wasnโt even next to the station. One hour later, being charged per minute and nothing I can do! Help!
@easyJet I really donโt want a voucher for my cancelled flight. I also totally understand that you guys are busy and itโs all crazy right now but Iโve been trying to organise a refund now through all different platforms. How can I get a refund when your website is a loophole of dispair?
@MrChris62 @easyJet Nope nothing! Also nothing from @Fly_Norwegian either! Their only option is to transfer your money to their cash points system. It still means they have my money. That ยฃ200 would be useful considering Iโm now jobless! #COVID19#DoYourPart
@Fly_Norwegian my flights have been cancelled & the website says I can claim a refund OR claim it back with cash points. No option to claim a refund without me cancelling the flight & being charged, even though you cancelled it. Can I get a refund in actual money not cash points?
