@garbodene I would say around 5th grade. I think this is about the time students start to do things on their own. So this would be a great grade to start teaching it to them.

@LaurenAngelone A2: We will have our students learn how to take their own feelings and what they learn and apply it into the real world. I think it is important students understand how to take things they learn in the class and apply them to the real world. #Xuedchat

@LaurenAngelone A1: An example of blended learning that I have experienced as a student is reading or watching something on your own and coming to class the next time we meet and having things to discuss. I really love this, gets students to talk and share thoughts. #Xuedchat

@LaurenAngelone I really loved the idea of the Global Read Aloud Project. For me I am just a big person on everyone feeling connected and using this in a classroom would give the students an opportunity to feel connected to others, no matter where they are. #xuedchat

@LaurenAngelone I had to do a research project on alcohol, and it was a difficult project for us because of the filtration.

@LaurenAngelone A big take away from the podcast was, privacy. Trying to do a project at school and the internet being filtered makes it difficult to do the research project. A lot of the school work is difficult to do. "for students it puts a wall up" he said on the podcast.

@LaurenAngelone I think the main rule is just making sure students know that they need to ask permission to use someone else’s work. This is important at all different grade levels, but mainly for the older students who are doing harder work. #Xuedchat
