My interview with @i24NEWS_EN regarding a report by @FoxNews about if it is true that the US sent weapons through the Kurds to Iranian protestors.
There is no evidence weapons were sent to Iranian protesters through Kurdish groups and Kurdish parties have categorically rejected it.
It's very dangerous to entertain such statements because they put a target on Kurds and further endanger Kurdish lives.
Meanwhile, they face daily drone & missile attacks from the IRGC.

97 - Canada made 97 touches in the attacking box against Qatar, 26 more than any other team in a FIFA World Cup match on record (since 1966 - Germany 71 vs. Costa Rica in 2022).
Overwhelming.
The way the U.S. handled the conflict with Iran, the subsequent ceasefire, and now efforts toward a new understanding with the regime risks undermining the struggle of millions of Iranians seeking freedom and democratic change.
A strategy that leaves the Islamic Republic and the IRGC stronger than before will not bring lasting peace. It will embolden a regime that has spent decades suppressing its own people, destabilizing the region, and threatening its neighbors.
True stability cannot be built by ignoring the democratic aspirations of Iran’s people and its nations. The path to lasting peace lies in supporting a democratic, pluralistic, and federal future in which all peoples within Iran enjoy equal rights, representation, and self-governance.
The international community should focus not only on managing crises, but on addressing their root causes.

According to activists and opposition figures who spoke to Alhurra, Iranian authorities have increasingly classified citizens according to political and security loyalties since the recent conflict. Those considered close to the government include members of the Revolutionary Guard, the Basij militia, and individuals who participated in campaigns donating gold or money to state security institutions. At the same time, critics say authorities have broadened the category of those labeled “enemies of the Islamic Revolution” to include protesters, activists, journalists, opposition figures and even environmental advocates, often without publicly disclosed accusations.
Hirsh Palani, a member of the foreign relations committee of the opposition Kurdistan Democratic Party of Iran, said authorities have confiscated funds and property from Iranians in recent weeks on allegations of cooperation with Israel or the United States, or of receiving financial transfers from them. He said the measures have affected university professors, athletes, journalists, reformists, members of ethnic minorities and prisoners.
Palani argued that the primary objective is to intimidate Iranians, particularly activists. But he also linked the campaign to the government’s financial difficulties.
“The confiscations reveal the authorities’ need for money,” Palani told Alhurra. “But they will not be sufficient to rebuild the weapons factories, missile facilities and drone infrastructure destroyed during the war.”

Iran says Lebanon must be included in any ceasefire. But what about the Kurdistan Region of Iraq? Iranian forces and Iran-backed militias have continued drone, rocket, and missile attacks on Kurdistan for months, despite repeated calls for de-escalation. If regional stability is the goal, shouldn't Kurdistan be part of that too?
Report: Iranian President Pezeshkian submitted his resignation to Supreme Leader Khamenei, citing concerns that the IRGC wields too much influence over Tehran's government, making it difficult to govern.

NEW: Iran’s Tasnim News Agency-close to the IRGC, says no final understanding has been reached between Tehran and Washington, dismissing Trump’s recent claims and reports of progress on the nuclear file as “baseless.”
Tasnim adds Iran insists its frozen assets issue must be resolved before any preliminary deal.
Every day of negotiations between the U.S. and Iran is a gift to the regime. These talks have postponed the regime’s day of reckoning. The ceasefire and subsequent negotiations are a total mistake.

Signing a deal with the regime is the same as signing the death sentence for thousands of Kurds and others that oppose the regime in Iran! Signing deals with devils like the mullahs in Iran will never bring freedom or peace only droves of executions, and political and economic misery for the people!
