@vtpass I was told on Dec 15th that my account was "upgraded" (Ticket 153530). Yet, every time I try to pay, no payment dialog appears. I've sent countless emails to Esther A. and Oluwabusolami B., but all I get are copy-paste apologies while my money stays trapped.
