@abdushodmonov Their CAC has been high for the last 3 quarters because the new AI Meta algorithm has seen all the TBYB returns and has decided the returns are because of a poor product rather than a structural TBYB programme so is charging them more. It’s nothing to do with the customer side.

@abdushodmonov Are you confusing net revenue with repeat revenue? Their net dropped 26% because they weren’t bringing in new customers (which declined 50%), repeat held up better than new. Repeat actually made up a larger % YoY.

@abdushodmonov The TBYB has been in place for a long time and has worked well, hence the repeat rate. CAC is up because of Meta. Nothing to do with them chasing cheap customers. They’re actually slowing TBYB because that what is creating the issue with Meta’s AI ad algorithm.
