An easy change would be just showing the method of payment to the drivers as "Online" rather than "Uber Cash" and informing the drivers before hand that the payment is "online".

Small UX suggestion with @Uber_India app

Drivers often confuse "Uber Cash" with "Cash".

I ride 20–30 times/month & 8/10 times I have to explain it's an online payment

I believe the app’s design could be more driver friendly in this case. It should clearly differentiate between cash & online payments to avoid confusion

I genuinely enjoy using the app over others. Just hoping the Devs/PMs can consider this small but impactful suggestion
