Here's the story I told that was cut from his 98th Birthday Special. In 1974 I was working on a TV series at CBS. My Mom was visiting for a day & I spotted him having lunch alone in the commissary. He had no idea who I was but when I went to his table to ask if I could bring her over to meet him because we were both longtime fans, I got a real shock. He asked me to point her out & when I did, without asking he immediately walked over to our table, sat down & proceeded to charm the socks off the both of us for almost 20 minutes, until I was due back on set. Needless to say, it was an experience we both treasured forever! #TrueStory 🙏DVD!!! ❤️-mh
