A3: At @ccescavs MS, we use our advisory & CavTime to promote healthy social-emotional discussion and awareness in our students. They’re curated lessons developed by a committee lead by our counselor, & we discuss topics around leadership, inclusion, race, friend dynamics, etc.

A3: Simply putting a sign outside your classroom or office door stating that you are a safe person helps. Letting folks know you’re an ally provides a lot of support. It’s as easy as sharing a rainbow flag at times. 🏳️🌈 #breatheEDU
A3: Teachers need to listen closely to what their learners are saying in the classroom. Also, work to provide students with a welcoming environment with it known that hate has no place. #breatheEDU
