@NTBCC@FoysolChoudhury We couldn't have done it without you! Thank you so much for generously dedicating so much of your time and knowledge to support us! ❤️
Thank you @FoysolChoudhury for all your support and listening to our concerns through all of this. We knew we'd have to work hard, and we didn't know if it'd pay off... but it did! Communities should not underestimate what they can be capable of when they pull together :)
Eyre Place Lane plans, which would hugely impact local residents, have again been denied.
Well done to the community, who campaigned tirelessly to get their voice heard!
I met local resident @HanBanan again after the decision, to reiterate my support for community consultation.
APPEAL DISMISSED PLANNING PERMISSION REFUSED for the Eyre Place student housing for a second time❗
Maybe now the developer will finally listen to the community and stop proposing inappropriate developments for the site?
Breaking News - Eyre Place PBSA
To say we're delighted that the Reporter has again dismissed the appeal for the student housing proposal at 72-74 Eyre Place is an understatement.
Excellent that the many responses from residents have again been recognised.
Very pleased that, after raising the issue with officials, the extension to the #EyrePlace appeal to @DPEAScotland has been reinstated to 18 Jan which will give people more time to participate & allow for time lost over the holidays https://t.co/LKjNs3zfH9

My best wee pal, lndie, & I were out delivering letters to the wonderful #EyrePlace community today. Thankfully the rain stayed off! #ActiveSNP@theSNP 🏴

Only 3 months ago a @scotgov Reporter refused permission for student block plans at Eyre Place. The developer has now submitted a new application, with minimal alterations.
Yet again there's been a lack of community engagement. Read more of my thoughts⬇️
