@ACHelpTeam@ArnoldClark don’t take up any of their added extras. It is purely about making money with this company and I would advise looking elsewhere for you car. They may be convenient but you’ll be paying extra for that!
Extremely disappointed and sad over the service I’ve received with @ArnoldClark
Paying for services over a 4 year period when they’re only valid for two years, and when it’s not booked you lose it all that money?
Feeling completely ripped off.
@ACHelpTeam I cannot believe Arnold Clark have let me down so badly.
I will not be using any service of yours again, and I’m going to seek advice as I am still paying for a service which I have not been able to redeem.
@ACHelpTeam@ArnoldClark I was so excited to be taking up this deal three years ago and trusted that as well as (obviously) selling a car, that you had incredible customer service. I can’t believe I was so mistaken. Seriously, If anyone is using Arnold Clark, please please please ...
@ACHelpTeam I do not want a repeat of that conversation as it left me really and truly disappointed with Arnold Clark.
If there is a number I can call which can guarantee some sort of resolution, then ok. However the customer service I received was completely unsympathetic.
@ACHelpTeam I’ve already contacted your customer service team twice and I am really upset with their handling of this. It was a contract for two years, in which I was unaware of the time limit. I assumed it was two services over my entire 4 year contract.
(2/2) Anyone with a PCP deal who is also paying for a service with @ArnoldClark make sure you read the T&C’s with a magnifying glass!
It’s such a shame, as I’ve heard such great things about their deals and now am in a position which is really stressful and totally unfair!
@_Railcards I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again, WHEN YOU BUY A RAILCARD YOU SHOULD BE ABLE TO USE IT ON THE APP TOO.
Just been charged for another ticket because I picked up the wrong purse after purchasing a ticket on the Trainline app. When are you going to sort this?
@_Railcards Even if you decided to have some kind of verification to have a digital and a physical card so that the app is authorised for use.
I’m seriously upset by the stress this has caused.
I know I probably not the only person you have caught out with this!
@_Railcards When you buy a railcard, the website is not clear that you can only buy a digital OR plastic. Surely if you’ve bought a railcard you should be able to use both? Just paid £15 for a ticket I can’t use and I’m not paying £45 to for the price increase. Thanks 👎🏻
@_Railcards I’d like you to explain why? That seems like a scheme for you as a company to make more money...
I didn’t even get the option as I renewed my railcard from about 4 years ago, and it was unclear that I had to ‘buy a new one’ to get it in digital form.
@sainsburys I am a former colleague and needing to speak to someone at HRS but the phone lines aren’t open! I work during the times they are, are there any other options for me?
