@Nmozz 100% have started to use them more. It has become really important for me as time has gone on, especially as I moved abroad in the middle of last year! I like to get the emotion across in a voice note whereas texting leaves it open for interpretation. Happy to chat more.

@cookiewhirls Either, 10 minutes of Spanish on Duolingo, journaling and using the 'brain dump' technique, or using the headspace app - whatever feels right each morning. If I do any of these first thing in the morning the day already feels a success!

@Ryanair @RyanairPress plz confirm who you are allowing to travel to Spain. @ukinspain & @EmbSpainUK have clarified a 7 day grace period for people with residency in application from 4-10th Jan. Please confirm before further money is wasted & passengers deported back to UK!
