Had a great day presenting at and being part of the @OldChalkNewDown Project Conference today. I'm incredibly proud and privileged to have been one of their trainees and thorough enjoyed hearing about all the other achievements and successes of the project 🌿
My 30 for 30 journey is under way after finding Common Sea Lavender at Gibraltar Point NNR back in August! Check out my blog below on my journey to finding it, plus all the other flowers I saw on that day. 1 down, 29 to go! 🌸✅ https://t.co/IBVcR5qmgA

It's been a long road to get here but I worked hard to follow my passion and it has been so worth it. Definitely a success worth celebrating on #InternationalWomensDay

Wonderful bright Crocus. The UK has no native #Crocus species, any you see will have been introduced and planted by hand at some point. This one was popping up on a road verge near the town centre.

Incredibly lucky to live near a park that can support #Snowdrops.
They are often associated with #Candlemas, celebrated earlier in the week on the 2nd Feb, as a symbol of hope and nearing an end to the winter. 🌼❄️
The first of this year's Lesser Celandine have begun to pop up. A sure sign of Spring on its way, and a welcome ray of sunshine on these dark and gloomy days 🌻☀️
