A case that could decide the future of Wyoming abortion rights continues to chug along in Teton County courts.
A judge decided today that anti-abortion elected officials, including the secretary of state, and advocates will not be able to intervene and have a say in the case.

Abortion is legal again in Wyoming, just days after a near-total ban went into effect.

A near-total abortion ban took effect in Wyoming over the weekend.
Dr. Giovannina Anthony, an OB-GYN, is one of two abortion providers in the state. Both are at her clinic in Jackson.
Anthony said she already had to cancel three appointments.
