4. Always check or assess your stool! Yes different stool color means different things. Also blood in stool is a significant evidence. Be on a look out for that too. 5. Always stay hydrated. Do your Do and leave the toilet, pooping is not a marathon race. Please Share.

1. If you don’t have the urge to poop, don’t force it. Straining can cause hemorrhoids. 2. Drop that phone, book or item you like carrying into the toilet. 3. Don’t spend more than 10mins in the toilet (anything more than this could be a sign of something e.g constipation).

1. Germs - You are getting more exposed to germs and that includes your phone! 2. Hemorrhoids AKA Piles occurs when the blood vessels in the Rectum or Anus are enlarged or swollen and can cause itching, bleeding and general discomfort/pains. What can you do??

Stop staying in the toilet for too long! Yes you! If you are staying in the toilet not because the poop ain’t dropping but because you are pressing phone, or even reading a book. This can be unhealthy. Lemme explain. Staying too long in the toilet can expose you to these;
