Ahh, the last cake I baked with eggs...😅 I was asked by my friend to make a cake to celebrate her lovely mum’s 60th last weekend🍾 I wanted to do something pretty and spring-like so decided to have a go at an @aliceandrosa inspired design - so fun to do!

One of three cakes I made for a wedding at the weekend. This one being a vanilla sponge, filled with strawberry compote, topped with meringue kisses, swirls and rosettes 🍓 Really had fun playing around with the colours and textures!

A simple vanilla cake filled with raspberry compote and white chocolate ganache for a baby shower a couple of weeks ago! I loved decorating this one with fresh flowers and pink macs - so pretty 🌸

Metallics for this celebration cake from a couple of weeks ago 🍾🥂 Inside were layers of chocolate fudge with hazelnut ganache, on top were meringue swirls and bronze and gold macarons!

I absolutely loved making Hannah & Ollie's wedding cake ☀️
From bottom to top, they had:
- Banana, chocolate & PB
- Chocolate fudge, chocolate orange ganache
-Carrot, caramel and cream cheese frosting
- Vanilla, berry & white choc
