@SW_Help it's unacceptable to not say what measures are going to be in place for strike days. The fee to change my tickets is more than the original ticket price, including a ridiculous £20 admin fee per journey. Your customer service email response time of 2 weeks is absurd.

@MAS What are the conditions on choosing seats if one buys Malaysia Airlines economy basic tickets? Can you pay extra right after you finish the booking process to choose the seats you want, or can you only choose seats 48 hours before the flight when online check in opens?
