@NYSLabor I got through on the phone to complete my claim. I was told I need to fill out the application for pandemic unemployment assistance. You’ve said to apply for PUA online at https://t.co/eOohPNrktE, but I don’t see the app anywhere. Just FAQ links. Please help!

@NYSLabor each time I call today and enter my social and PIN, it tells me@to wait on the line for a representative but just hangs up on me. Doesn’t even give me the message that there is a high volume of calls any more

@NYSLabor Day 18 of trying to call unemployment. I finally got past entering my social/PIN and was put on hold for 56 minutes but then disconnected.

@NYSLabor also why are some people required to call in to complete an unemployment claim and some people are not?

@NYSLabor why is there no option to wait on hold for a representative when you’re required to call to complete a claim you did online? This is day 17 of trying to get through to a representative

@nycgov today is day 15 of making 200+ calls per day trying to confirm my unemployment application. What can I do? It seems hopeless and I am almost all out of money.

@BofA_Help out of nowhere a monthly maintenance fee appears and makes it so I don’t have enough $ in account to get a car home from a late night shift. Not only is it wrong (I only have atm, no teller services) but it was also dangerous.

@NYCTSubway the machine took my cash, told me my new available metrocard amount and then when I swiped- “insufficient fare.” 🙄🤦🏻‍♀️
