@MarriottCoach @Wickes 1) Keep asking to speak to a Senior Member of staff. 2) Tweet one of your emails and responses and tag Wickes. 3) Call citizens advice, they gave me some good advice on steps I could take and there are templates on their website that you can use.

The nightmare continues... Here's my latest email (sent yesterday) to @Wickes CEO David Woods, Senior Members of the Customer Service Team, Installation Manager and Local Store Manager. None of whom have responded to me since 3rd Jan...I wonder if @Wickes will respond to this

Here's my email to @Wickes', CEO, David Woods, imploring him to get involved after hazardous waste has been left on my front lawn for 7 weeks. After exhausting all avenues of seeking help and complaining I have had no choice other than to contact the CEO. Please RT.

I had to wait a very long time and kick up a lot of fuss to get to them and it's still not over. My advice would be...

Been waiting since the summer for a new contractor to fix all the stuff that the previous messed up including: electrical safety issues, unlevel worktops & all the poor workmanship. New guy came, did a few days and haven't seen him since & I'm in even more mess!
