abura soba and mazesoba might be even more addictive.

Have you ever tried abura soba or mazesoba?

If you come to Japan,
you seriously need to try them.

They’re basically a type of Japanese ramen,
but without the soup.

You mix thick noodles with sauce, oil, garlic, vinegar, egg, spicy toppings, etc.

It’s insanely good.

Garlic works ridiculously well with it too.

There are a lot of great places in Japan,
but my personal favorite is this place ↓
