@MillerandCarter went to use the loyalty app. 2 stars collected so £10 off...But the waiting staff didn’t know about this & adamant that we needed 4 before getting anything. I read out aload and then they reluctantly scanned. No £10 off though and this reward has now gone. HNY 🤦‍♀️

@EE disgusting trtment on phone. Been a customer 14yrs. Rang to chase insurance replacement due today to be told by a really rude agent it’s coming Tuesday. Not his problem. “Take it up with DPD”. no apology. I didn’t make the arrangement with DPD. “Not my problem” he says!
