@TicketmasterUK my account has been suspended for ‘unusual behaviour’ for both the Amex presale and the fan presale- I haven’t been able to even enter the queue. I’ve tried different devices and networks and nothing is changing this.

Please help me resolve this for tomorrow 🙏

@TicketmasterCS I’m not using a VPN I’ve tried private and normal browser. I’ve tried chrome and I’ve deleted and reinstalled the app. I’ve restarted my phone I’m using my data and I’ve cleared the history and cookies and still I cannot access anything

@TicketmasterCS I’ve already looked at this and it doesn’t really help me- I’m a genuine fan and want to buy tickets and it’s extremely frustrating that I can’t because my account seems to have been randomly blocked. I haven’t been able to access the waiting room or the sale at all.
