@TwitterSupport I have been contacting you for over a week. Although it says my email account is linked, I haven’t received any of the reset password emails ! I am also getting 100’s of junk emails a day.
I had no idea this was even the process and was just waiting patiently for them to be activated on my Festicket app. Can you pls just show a step by step guide to what we do. I can’t see you can register on the BST app, it’s just downloaded 🤯
@FesticketHelp @Festicket @BSTHydePark can someone please respond. I’ve sent emails and DM. I haven’t had an email yet to say the ticket is ready to download, is that why the BST app doesn’t recognise my email? Just need to know what to do as have done everything sensible ?!?
@AlixJoh15592365@BritishinFrance Did you found out ? My Daugher has had Covid twice so missed having the vaccine. If she says negative we can get one in before we fly. Don’t know if that’s enough ?
