We are currently investigating an issue where players get disconnected when they find a match and are in the loading screen.

We have isolated the issue to players in the Philippines who are either using PLDT as an ISP or are otherwise connected to their infrastructure.

@AxieInfinity Need help on this as well. I did an AXS withdrawal transaction via Ronin Bridge early this morning. Upon checking the activities tab in my Ronin extension, there was a contract interaction log which shows success. Unfortunately, I haven't received the AXS in my metamask account.

@Jihoz_Axie Thanks for the update! I was able to play smoothly using pc however my DQ progress stopped updating after completing the 10th adventure. Hope this is just a delay since I still haven't claimed the 50slp from the DQ. Note: I tried completing adventure more than 10 times already.
