Today, Chingtham Anand OC of moreh police was shot dead by unknown miscreants, Unsurprisingly, CM of the state Tweet " The perpetrators will be bought to justice"
what about the perpetrators of(L) Onkhomang Haokip who is a sub inspector of Manipur police, why only he seek justice of Chingtham Anand? Just because he is from Meitei community?
