@LNRailway is there a way of speaking to a human about a delay repay claim, please? Had to submit 8 separate claims (both outward and homeward journeys cancelled). You’ve approved 2 but rejected 6! Process wasn’t clear but one rejected two incorrectly!

@BeeNetwork just wanted to say what a great job your staff did on Saturday getting all the Take That fans to, and from, The Etihad. They were helpful and cheerful and are a credit to you. Really useful for those of who aren’t local and don’t know the tram system.

@LNRailway I’ll be ringing tomorrow on how to do it because we would’ve missed our connection from Crewe to Piccadilly which was booked and paid for through LNR but the latter part should’ve been provided by Northern Rail. Want to claim for the entire journey, not just your part that failed

@LNRailway train to Manchester via Crewe yesterday cancelled. One after delayed due to overcrowding. Had to buy Avanti ticket to get to our concert. Just on the connecting train home to MKC and got a text to say that’s terminating at Rugby. What a stressful weekend as a result.

@BBCMorningLive @staplenick VERY nearly got scammed on Thursday (as a result of a request for help from @ArgosHelpers). Thanks to having seen it on Scam Interceptors, I refused to download the app they asked me to, and hung up. They got my email address but nothing else. Reported to @actionfrauduk

@AldiUK bought two lots of chicken mini fillets on Wednesday. Opened the first on Friday and noticed there was a foreign object in the pack. I THINK it’s a grain of corn. Have you got a contaminated production line? I have coeliac disease so this is concerning if that’s the case!

@trolly_dolly6 @Debenhams They’re truly horrendous! Finally got my refund (having gone back and forth for weeks, but they didn’t want to pick the damaged freezer up, so we’re lumbered with disposing of it ourselves). Pay on a credit card and claim it back under Sect75 if over £100 if using Debenhams!!
