Absolutely shocked by how my family and I were treated at @Matalan Gallions Reach yesterday evening. We spent over £220, but a staff member named Deborah completely lost her temper just because we politely asked for help at a main till to ensure security tags were removed
@hm have you started a fraud online shop ? Even after sharing all the details of getting a non H&M product it’s like no we have given the best we cannot take it as return

@TurkishAirlines Even though we purchased our ticket together, your check in system doesn't let us sit together. And you do nothing to correct it. We called customer service and all and thanks for nothing. What is the point of not being able to fly with a loved one? You ruined my al-Adha!

Hi @Zara I ordered a size 2 jean as a gift for my teenage niece. You sent a size 10. By the time she opened it, the gift had traveled US→UY→Argentina and I was back home with no way to return it. Your response? "Return it". It is 10K km away. Great way to deal with a customer.
