@MPelletierCIO In B.C., the provincial gov. blanket zoned ALL single family properties to be multi - family 4 plex. Why? Because they gotta keep the property value going up. 4 plex means 7-8 incomes to pay the rent / mortgage on the already over inflated 60 x 120 lot. 2 incomes don’t cut it

@dylankrugerbc Well looks like this puts an indefinite delay on the towers and densification of Tsawwassen and Ladner. David Eby NDP mandated and current Delta Council supported. Let’s be honest here, 90% of the tunnel traffic is bedroom commuters for Delta and South Surrey / Langley.
