Physical science students participated in an atomic speed dating activity. They were given an element and they had to create a “dating profile” for their element, then they mingle, and bond with other elements through ionic and covalent bonds.

As an intro to the Periodic Table, Ss did an activity that had them organizing cards based on properties. Some even solved the problem of gaps which took scientists YEARS to do. So impressed by their creativity and clever designs! #VMSLionLegacy @vms_principal @NorthwestRISD
