Vote for the pro-Brexit, pro-Iraq war twit and let's close down more local businesses and services in Whitstable

[Harbour Village @HarbourVillager]

Vote for the fox hunting half-wit in tweeds and let’s take Whitstable back to the dark ages . You know it makes sense.

Following success of 'start my biz' and 'grow my biz' Canterbury city council launch 'steal my biz'- just wish they would mind their own biz

Whitstable Harbour Board to discuss Village long term future- two days after Council officer forces closure. https://t.co/Ozx8ySNDCM

[Harbour Village @HarbourVillager]

@Pheebs12 @ijclark @NeilWhitstable Reads like a personal attack on one individual from a senior Council ofificer- distasteful & misleading

[Harbour Village @HarbourVillager]

@Qingart Many thanks. Very sad days. A nice sabotage job by the Council.

[Harbour Village @HarbourVillager]

@Pheebs12 @ijclark Believe me this is cut and dried. Any meetings after Weds will be discussing a business that has already gone.

[Sally Miller @AnchorsAweighV]

Sad about @HarbourVillager - the council clearly don't appreciate the gem the Harbour is!

[Harbour Village @HarbourVillager]

@ephemeraljoy Sadly, it looks like the Council have used the repair works as a smokescreen to bury us- no lease and no storage option.

[Harbour Village @HarbourVillager]

@DrBed @moomin_kew Nice idea but we have three days left before we get sued by the Council for staying on site beyond current lease.

[Harbour Village @HarbourVillager]

@DrBed @moomin_kew Indeed Herne Bay has a 20 year lease and we have no lease..hardly fair

[Harbour Village @HarbourVillager]

@Jon_Primett It looks like the plan was always to bury us under the repair works to avoid any opposition from public- sabotage.

[Harbour Village @HarbourVillager]

@Jon_Primett We have no time..The Council new about the works 1 year ago but sent us the extortinate storage deal 3 days before lease ended.

[Harbour Village @HarbourVillager]

@CliffordHatty Thank you. We are devastated to find out so late in the day so we can't even find another site.

[Harbour Village @HarbourVillager]

@76benn I think that is question for Canterbury City Council who are forcing us out.

[Harbour Village @HarbourVillager]

Sadly it is Game Over for Whitstable Harbour Village https://t.co/GtRtyvksdN

[Harbour Village @HarbourVillager]

Sadly, Village huts are FOR SALE to the public this week-end as we are forced to clear the site at the end of our lease next Weds..

[Harbour Village @HarbourVillager]

Whitstable Harbour Village will close permanently on Weds 30th-a tragic and totally unnecessary sabotage of a great community asset. V sad
