I Congratulate all Ugandans on the occasion of the 42nd Anniversary of Tarehe Sita. To inform the Bazukulu, the 6th of February, 1981,at 0800 hours (Saa mbili za’asubuhi),is when the 43 of us, but with 27 rifles, attacked the huge garrison of the Kabamba Military Training School.
