@MoPNG_eSeva No, the issue is not resolved. LPG connection still pending. Agency claims the Ministry has barred new connections, while cylinders are allegedly available in black at high prices.

Please process my connection urgently.

@MoPNG_eSeva @karthik_amai What a wonderfully efficient system . Ask the customer for all the details, receive them, then claim “no response received” and close the ticket. The complaint isn’t resolved, but the ticket certainly is.

@MoPNG_eSeva Dear @MoPNG_eSeva, I did respond and shared all the requested details via DM on Aug 7. Yet, the ticket is being closed saying no response. Efficient way to resolve a complaint, just close it without resolving it! 👏
Please reopen the ticket and provide an actual resolution.
