Hi @JVVNLCCare Yesterday's Complaint no 2115120001089 is closed today without resolution from frequent tripping/No current. JVVNL does not seem to be concerned about consumer grievances.

@ViCustomerCare I was about to port out today but after getting call from VI I didn't. Recharged with 1gb/day, now I am unable to use data. Tried to complain via VI app and do you believe it's also not able to even connect 😆
