In order to protect the human person in the age of #ArtificialIntelligence, we must once again reflect on the common good, the universal destination of goods, subsidiarity, solidarity and social justice. #MagnificaHumanitas

Humanity, created by God in all its grandeur, is today facing a pivotal choice: either to construct a new Tower of Babel or to build the city in which God and humanity dwell together. In Jesus Christ, this humanity in its grandeur becomes the Way, the Truth and the Life, opening the path for each of us to grow toward fullness. #MagnificaHumanitas

Amin Abdullah.
He stood his ground so others could make it home safely.
When gunmen opened fire outside the Islamic Center of San Diego, Amin protected the community until his final moments. Police say his actions prevented the attack from becoming far worse.
Support Amin’s family with funeral costs, immediate household needs, education for his children, and long term financial stability.
May Allah accept him amongst the martyrs and grant patience to his loved ones. 🤲

Rapid On-Demand is not the solution. It’s only an additional service to help smooth out the bus system.
What we actually need is for buses to be ON TIME, especially during peak hours.
But why are buses always late?
Limited number of buses, yes. But another thing many people overlook is… TRAFFIC.
No dedicated bus lane enforcement = this problem getting worse.
People always say, “Kan dah ada bus lane.”
Yes… but siapa yang duduk dalam bus lane tu? KERETA. 😭
One car masuk bus lane, then everyone follows. Law enforcement pun lemah, so the lane becomes useless.
At the end of the day, the people affected are those who rely on public transport because some drivers nak cepat sendiri. So jadilah pemandu pemandu kereta yg ikut peraturan..
Going by this, we are paying RM2b per year for pensions of past MPs and ministers. (From 2023 report)
RM2b from the federal budget every year.
Under a line item called Retirement Charges (Caruman & Pencen) under Operating Expenditure.
Total projected spend on Pencen, Ganjaran dan Caruman is RM42.8 billion in 2026. (12.7& of total opex).
It has grown every year significantly:
- 2024: RM35.9 billion (actual)
- 2025: RM40.1 billion (revised estimate, up 11.6%)
- 2026: RM42.8 billion (budget estimate, up 6.8%)
Out of that, RM9.1 billion goes to gratuity (Ganjaran) and GCR cash awards, while RM33.7 billion is the actual monthly pension (Pencen) payments.
Even if we assume the pension for politicians didn't increase, RM2b for how many politicians vs RM31.7b remaining for how many civil servants?
This number will only grow each year.
Reformasi.
