@USDOT how are airlines,esp @AmericanAir still able to delay,delay&then cancel a flight til next day and get away with this?1 plane mechanical issues &then pilots timed out & they couldn’t get crew but they just claim weather&cost customers thousands of $ & do nothing for us
@FlyersRights@AmericanAir recent laws state when we’re delayed or canceled we’re entitled to compensation. Yesterday American air delayed us 4 hours due to mechanical issue and then canceled our flight bc they couldn’t get flight crew. They are claiming weather falsely

@AmericanAir HOW can you cancel a flight last minute with no other options for 2 days!? We’re going to miss our entire trip! No one is going to want to fly anymore
@AmericanAir All this time later, and you’ve yet to issue us any compensation for canceling a trip with no options to fly until 2 days later. DMs have been ghosted other than receiving a“we like on time flights too” message. @USDOT

@JWMarriott called to add a 5th night to our room at @JWMarriottMarco island & was told plenty of availability, we’ll hold your room to change flights. Less than 10 minutes later you released our room and now no availability. WHAT!?! Please help. We are titanium elite
@vrbo@nccabin so disappointed with our experience w you at top of the rock rental in blowing rock. Hot tub we paid for not working, TVs not fully functional & so many ANTS IN KITCHEN WE HAD TO THROW AWAY 1/3 of OUR FOOD. Called for maintenance multiple times and given push back

@sleepnumber@SleepNumberHelp anyone thinking of buying a sleep number product of any kind, beware of horrible customer service. It’s a nightmare every time I call and it’s always “sorry, that’s just the way it is and we can’t help fix it”. Unacceptable
@SleepNumberHelp I got defective sheets & spent 30 min on hold w customer service & was told “sorry” you spent over $200 on sheets but we won’t replace them with a set that meets the customer’s standards.There are vendors online that make flex head sheets, so I will never be buying from you again
