@ESPNRefNHL @rayferraro21 @HabsLinks Yes & no. Tons of missed calls every game. Unlike some leagues, the NHL trusts refs and doesn’t go to video much for penalties. Misses happen. Should coaches be able to challenge a missed high stick? Different convo.

He has a step on 91. High stick happens. Continues playing and only starts acting once the pass doesn’t get through.
