#Sunwing at least we were able to get our room back after our 4:30am pick up was cancelled. Every time we call we get a different answer. Why isn’t there any info available anywhere. No #sunwing rep available and we have people from 4 different flights 45 min from Cancun

Put in a hotel after 7 hrs of waiting with an infant, woke up at 3 am, loaded in a bus for our rescheduled flight only to be told that our flight is cancelled again! Day 2 of being stuck in Cancun! We hear many Canadian sunwing passengers across Mexico are in similar situation!
