@airindia I'm standing at the Malpensa airport because the person said I need to come to the airport to get myself 'checked out'. If someone can speak to me and tell me if I should stand at the airport or go to hotel, I'll be fine. No communication is making me anxious and I'm worried.

Your team is ahead like a runaway goose, me after them following up, trying to find simple basic answers that could take less than 2 mins to answer and fix.
It would be great if you remove 'templates' from Amazon Seller Support.
The templated answers don't help.
I am trying to contact seller support team from weeks now & no one even bothers to read the CASE ID information and replies.

Seems this is new Amazon.
Tired of asking for help. You can save money on seller support staff. They anyways don't work, then why to pay them. Save that money.

@AmazonHelp Crazy as it may sound, @JeffBezos having your name in the ticket log doesn't make any difference. It has been over 48 hours and still no one called/emailed me to discuss.

I received PS4 CD fake, defective & non working. I complained to customer service and said they'll investigate. After 5 days, they said the product delivered was genuine. No one asked for photos of product to investigate my side
