While the rest of the regions have no mechanics and sometimes poor drafts, EA have the best mechanics but no coaches who dedicate to the drafts, resulting in inconsistent draft quality.

EU just knows the importance of draft better than anyone else. They also have most intense and hectic scrims environment out of all regions. This is why they are ahead of everyone on the international stage.
