@HMRCcustomers after waiting for half an hour to speak to customer services, I got through, was then put on hold after which the call was ended by your system !
Utter shambles at @HeathrowAirport Terminal 2 security- checking perscriptions when not required as it was tablets !! Manager not managing and staff who donβt know the rules .. I will be formally complaining # poor service.
@Yorkshire_BS I did speak to your customer service and they were less than helpful and your complaint service has no turn around time .. so surprised at your auto response - not very customer focused or follow up on your desire to make things better - disappointing
