The AI economy will be powered by people. Our job is to give them the skills, ecosystems, capital, and opportunity to shape it.

That was my main message at the AI & Digital Bridge Forum in #Kazakhstan, where I joined an esteemed panel to discuss, “Who Will Power the AI Economy?”

We need to ask not how we stop talent from leaving, but how we create environments where people have every reason to build.

For emerging economies, that means connecting local talent and challenges to global markets, and giving people the opportunity to build the future where they are.

If we want talent to stay, we must give them a reason to stay: the opportunity to build the future where they are.
