@NouskiYoga@virginmedia They told me on the phone they need the councils permisson to dig tje road up. Doesnt seem like its getting fixed anytime soon. Not sure where that leaves everyone. Pretty terrible company.

Once they have it they can start to fix the issue. On the phone they ackwoledged the status messaging did not reflect what was actually happening. Pretty poor.

Since thursday when the issue occured it adds a few hours on. Its not real. They have no idea when it will be fixed. Those status updates are not accurate.

I got through by button smashing until it redirected me to a person. This is what they said about the WD18 issue. Theres a cable that needs fixing...
