Disgusted that @BootsUK are refusing to refund my friend who they sent an empty Jiffy bag instead of her order. Have never seen a Boots parcel wrapped like this @BootsHelp clearly it’s a mistake. What on earth is this?!
@madedotcom having a very frustrating time with your customer service team. Trying to return a rug that arrived damaged and they have just stopped replying to emails. How can I sort this please?
@MadeToHelp@madedotcom STILL no indication that this damaged rug is going to be collected by or refunded. I have booked this collection 3 times now and never received any booking confirmation or contact from the courier. Very frustrating to keep having the same convo.
