**Regenerative Farming Support Required**

A large arable, sheep and beef farming business in Lincolnshire is looking for a full time person to support the business owners and experienced farm staff, in their transition to a more regenerative farming approach.

- Working across all enterprises (livestock experience preferable)
- Backing up seed drills with biology, cover crop seed, fertiliser etc
- VESS testing, SAP analysis, Johnson SU preparation
- Cultivations and relief drilling opportunities

To excel in this unique position, a positive and open mindset to regenerative farming methods is essential!

A very nice house is available on the farm. North Norfolk coast 35 mins away.
