Removing your service fee for those who buy less than R400 p/m doesn't help as I have to buy more to keep my home and the work that keeps me alive going. That literally makes your R22 the straw that breaks the camel's back. Is there anything you can do to help?

@Prepaid24 I have just read the email from your co-CEO explaining why you are implementing a R22 platform fee per month. While I understand and appreciate your reasoning, this along with the CoJ platform fee makes buying prepaid electricity unaffordable for me.

As a pensioner without a pension (at 68, I'm one of those who earn too much to die and too little to survive), paying a total of R252.00 in platform fees for CoJ and Prepaid24 without getting anything in return is just not possible anymore.

@CityPowerJhb We exited loadshedding at 18h20, only to have power cut again at 20h03. We were told this was an outage and operators had been dispatched. Then absolute silence until power was restored at 22h19. This was not an outage, CP, but you loadshedding us again. At least apologize!
