Paddy is a Tax Administrator but also a Manager in Domestic Taxes at Kampala Metropolitan (Upper region). A business, family man, accounting & finance professional.

Has held over 18 deployments in 16yrs which have been nostalgic but also feel shorter than they actually are. The 16yrs have also been exciting & a fulfilling experience with opportunities of growth & recognition in a progressive organization.

He comes from Northern Uganda in Kitgum specifically who completed & graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce.

For one to be good at tax, gather as much knowledge as you can about tax laws & principles, pursue a professional course in tax.

Be abreast of the changes in the tax policy space, international tax space & administrative procedures

Build soft skills like communication skills, interpersonal skills and optimise use of digital tools & then network like the tax night.
