@MartinSLewis please help, I’ve just found out I owed £11 to Shell energy as I left them last summer and they’ve never chased for it. I’ve paid it now but is there anything I can do to clear my record? Credit score is 900 btw but Barclays won’t give me a mortgage! Thx
