The mayor of Chicago wants to open a government-run grocery store because Walmart and others have left.

Remember the images of the Soviet Union grocery stores with empty shelves? Then they had special stores for the higher ranking people in the Soviet Union which were full of western goods. The normal citizens were not allowed to shop at those stores. Will we see something similar in Chicago? Grocery stores reserved for only special government employees?

New Government Plan to Decrease Taxes (Muni Level): subway riders can pay $$ to aux music out loud for there ride. If you want to switch it you gotta out pay for a premium? Gives an advantage to the wealthier, yes but seems a fair/fun opp for ample non-tax wealth re-distribution.
