Do you wonder why people believe the most absurd claims—especially when the facts are available?
How can a sane person side with the perpetrators in this picture?
Since October 7, I’ve been asked this constantly. Why do people resist logic?
I’m not a psychologist. But I looked into it—and the answer is not ignorance. It’s how the mind works.
Three concepts explain a lot:
The Curse of Knowledge — once you understand something, you forget what it’s like not to. So you explain conclusions, not the path. People don’t follow.
The Dunning–Kruger Effect — those who know the least often feel the most certain. Ignorance doesn’t feel like doubt. It feels like clarity.
Brandolini’s Law — it takes seconds to spread nonsense, but far more effort to refute it. By the time facts arrive, the narrative is already set.
Put together:
Those who understand struggle to explain.
Those who don’t understand speak with confidence.
And the system rewards speed, emotion, and simplicity over truth.
That’s why conspiracy theories thrive.
They are easy, emotional, and mysterious. They demand nothing from the audience while entertaining them.
Facts, on the other hand, require effort, and that’s exactly what most people avoid.
Since October 7, we saw this play out in real time.
Social media may be a dangerous tool, but it is also the most powerful battlefield of our time.
If misinformation wins through clarity and simplicity, then truth must learn to communicate the same way.

@JHBWater we’re on day 3 of *no water* in Sandringham. It came back at 8pm last night. Off again 8am this morning. Please escalate and communicate:JWAPP-40107670.
@PaulClarity Having the same struggles. They migrated their email platform and shredded all our company email domain email addresses. They can’t fix it. And there is nobody to talk to.
@MWEBTweets@vumatel Connectivity is back. Thank you. After an interruption of service of almost a full day. In future, as customers, we ask that you advocate for us, and insist on prompt restoration of service. The private sector cannot be allowed to degrade to @CityofJoburgZA type services.
Sunday midday, HMS fires multiple rockets from Rafah to central Israel home to millions of civilians. Because Israel spends millions on defence, few were injured.
Later that day Israel targets Hms leaders, killing them. Shrapnel ignites a fire killing around 35 civilians.
HMS spends millions on weapons, nothing on defence of its people, and fires rockets from civilian areas.
Loss of innocent life is tragic.
But condemnation of Israel alone is unjust and irresponsible, and as it encourages HMS to continue this strategy.
@JHBWater So.After 4 days, you disclose that you do not even have the materials needed to do the repairs, and have lied about everything quite shamelessly. You do not care.
@JHBWater Is it not time to concede that the “bypass” is to the blue nowhere. Because it appears from the comments that not one of the affected areas, have been restored. Also, please can you confirm that the 10 meter pipe will be attended to tonight, with urgent ETR
You entered our homes, murdered our babies, raped our women and kidnapped our citizens to Gaza, where they are still being held. Your sadism and thirst for Jewish blood surpassed even that of the Nazis. what did you think Shall we sit quietly? The IDF is slowly turning Gaza into islands of ruins, and terrorism will have nowhere to return.
*Hello.*
*My name is Prof. Aryeh Eldad from Hadassah Ein Kerem Hospital.*
Years ago I founded the Skin Bank in Israel, which is the largest of its kind in the world.
The skin bank contains skin for routine care as well as for times of war.
The skin bank is located in the "Hadasa Ein Kerem" hospital in Jerusalem, where I was the director of the plastic surgery department.
One day I was asked to send skin for a Muslim woman from Gaza, who was hospitalized in "Soruka", after her family members burned her.
Such horrors occur quite often in Muslim families when it is suspected that the woman had an affair.
We provided all the homograft (skin cells from the donors) needed for her treatment.
She was successfully treated by my friend and colleague, Prof. Lior Rosenberg and was released to her home in Gaza.
She was invited for regular follow-up visits to the outpatient clinic in Be'er Sheva.
One day she was caught at the border crossing wearing an explosive belt.
Her mission was to blow herself up in the outpatient clinic of the hospital where her life was saved.
After an inquiry it apparently turned out that her family had promised her that if she did it, they would forgive her.
This is just one example of the war between the Jews and the Muslims in the Land of Israel.
This is not a territorial dispute.
This is a cultural conflict, or rather a war between civilization and barbarism.
*I never wrote a letter that I asked to spread further.*
*This time I ask that you pass it on so that the world can understand what extreme Islam means*
*And what awaits the world if he doesn't take care to stop him*
*Thanks for listening.*
