@CPWTweets 12 hours with no service now following you deactivating my @VodafoneUK sim before my upgrade has arrived. I need my phone for work - can someone please tell me what is happening?

@CPWTweets @VodafoneUK How ridiculous! My new phone and sim will arrive tomorrow, which I will then start using. Today and tomorrow I have been/will be without signal as you turned my current sim off incorrectly... this is unacceptable.
