@airindia Stop this fake care and customer service. Somebody is in pain out there that is increasing by the minute because of your poor service. And we have reached out multiple times to your helpless support staff who have no information. This is harassment and you are responsible.

One of them has medical concerns and is in pain of recovery from a surgery. Stitches are paining from waiting for more then 8 hrs on the airport. @airindia once we have more time we will make a case against you for this harassment.

11 PM: tell every one that another aircraft is not available and the crew has no answers for the passengers about new time, cancellations, refund etc

In middle of this multiple passengers missed their connecting flights domestic and international. @airindia
